Terms of Service

The master terms governing use of this website and, where the client opts in by signing an engagement letter, the delivery of FAME 911’s crisis communications, narrative control, suppression, and advisory services.

Effective April 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (“the Site”) or by engaging FAME 911 (“FAME 911”, “we”, “our”) for services, the visitor or client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where a signed engagement letter, statement of work, non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or master services agreement (MSA) exists between you and FAME 911, that document prevails to the extent of any conflict.

2. Services

FAME 911 provides advisory and operational services designed for principal-level exposure, including without limitation:

  • Crisis communications and rapid media response.
  • Narrative architecture, media placements and strategic suppression of reputational harm.
  • Search-result management, schema work and digital-forensics coordination.
  • Executive reputation, family-office protection and ongoing retainer-based monitoring.
  • Legal-coordination support in alignment with your counsel. We are not a law firm, and nothing in a FAME 911 engagement constitutes legal advice.

Scope, deliverables, fees and performance windows are set out in the applicable engagement letter. Estimates given before a signed engagement are non-binding indicative figures.

3. Intake Conversations Do Not Form a Contract

A call, WhatsApp message, AI-triage conversation, or email exchange with FAME 911 is for scoping purposes only and does not by itself create a client relationship or a binding engagement. A formal relationship is formed exclusively when (i) an engagement letter or statement of work is executed by both parties and (ii) the applicable retainer or deposit has cleared.

4. Confidentiality

FAME 911 treats every intake and every engagement as confidential by default. Case material is disclosed only to the core crisis team and to sub-processors listed in the engagement letter. Mutual NDAs are signed at the earliest practicable point and, where requested, beforesensitive scoping begins. We do not publish case studies naming clients without explicit written consent.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the situation and all known exposure vectors.
  • Inform FAME 911 of your legal counsel and authorise coordinated communication with them.
  • Respond within the response windows agreed in the engagement letter so that time-sensitive work is not compromised.
  • Not instruct FAME 911 to engage in any conduct that is illegal, deceptive to regulators, or intended to suppress lawful whistle-blower speech.

6. Acceptable Use of the Site and AI Assistant

You will not:

  • Use automated agents, scrapers or headless browsers against the Site outside of robots.txt.
  • Probe, stress-test or bypass the security of the Site, the operator dashboard, or any underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the AI triage assistant to generate content intended to defame third parties, infringe intellectual property, or harass individuals.
  • Impersonate another person during intake or submit false information to obtain services.

FAME 911 may, at its sole discretion, suspend access, terminate an engagement, and report suspected abuse to law-enforcement bodies.

7. Fees, Retainers & Payment

Fees are set out in the engagement letter. Retainers are earned against an hourly or deliverable-based schedule agreed in advance. Unless the engagement letter states otherwise, invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issuance, in the currency specified in the engagement. Overdue amounts accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by the governing law from the due date until paid in full. Taxes (VAT, sales tax, withholding tax) are the client’s responsibility in addition to the stated fees.

8. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Reputation and crisis work depends on facts outside FAME 911’s control — third-party editors, platform algorithms, ongoing legal proceedings and the conduct of adverse parties. FAME 911 commits to the professional standard of care set out in the engagement letter and to the execution of the agreed strategy. We do not guarantee, and you should not rely on any representation guaranteeing, specific media outcomes, search-ranking positions, or the removal of third-party content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — brand, copy, imagery, the 911 shield emblem, code and design system — is owned by FAME 911 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. Deliverables created during an engagement are licensed to the client as set out in the engagement letter; unless stated otherwise, FAME 911 retains rights in its pre-existing know-how, frameworks, and playbook methodology.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Calendly, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, and is integrated with messaging and AI providers operating under their own terms. FAME 911 is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAME 911’s aggregate liability to you under or in connection with any engagement or any use of the Site will not exceed the fees actually paid by you to FAME 911 under the engagement in question during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will FAME 911 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded (including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold FAME 911 harmless from and against any third-party claim arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms or the engagement letter, (ii) your provision of false or materially incomplete information during intake, or (iii) content, statements or artefacts you have asked FAME 911 to distribute on your behalf.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice and fee provisions of the engagement letter. FAME 911 reserves the right to terminate immediately (a) in the event of non-payment, (b) where continued engagement would require conduct contrary to law or professional standards, or (c) where you breach the confidentiality or acceptable-use clauses. Termination does not affect accrued rights, obligations of confidentiality, payment obligations or clauses which by their nature survive termination.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks on upstream providers, government actions, war, civil unrest, sustained internet or telecommunications outages, or a platform-wide outage of a key messaging provider.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Unless a signed engagement letter specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai) for FAME 911’s headquartered operations, with exclusive jurisdiction for disputes vested in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or, at either party’s election, the courts of England and Wales where the client is based in the UK or EU, or the courts of Los Angeles County, California where the client is based in the United States. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation, and, failing that, through confidential mediation before commencing proceedings.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the parties’ original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed engagement letter, statement of work, NDA or MSA constitute the entire agreement between you and FAME 911 in respect of their subject matter and supersede any prior discussions, representations or understandings.

18. Updates

FAME 911 may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
